We’re delighted to announce that Claudia Dickinson has been appointed as our Director of People & Culture.
Claudia joined Moore Insight during the pandemic, bringing with her a wealth of experience from a career in HR Executive Search with a niche London-based firm. There, she worked closely with FTSE 100 and 250 organisations, developing a deep understanding of strategic hiring and the importance of cultural alignment at leadership level.
Initially brought in to support resourcing for critical client projects and source specialist technical consultants, Claudia quickly became instrumental during a period of rapid growth.
Her role evolved to lead talent acquisition across the business, and she soon took on the exciting challenge of building our HR function from the ground up — shaping the strategy, infrastructure, and culture to support our next phase of growth.

Claudia recently completed the CIPD Level 7 in Strategic Human Resource Management, a two-year programme focused on aligning HR strategy with broader business goals. The course developed her expertise in areas such as organisational design, leadership development, and workforce planning.
Reflecting on her new role, Claudia shared: “I’m thrilled to step into the role of Director of People & Culture at such a pivotal time for the business.
As we continue to grow, my focus will be on shaping a future-ready organisation — embedding our values into every aspect of how we work, building high-performing collaborative teams, and ensuring our people strategy scales with our ambitions.
I’m excited to partner across the business to drive impact through developing a culture that empowers and supports every individual to thrive and feel valued in their role.”
