Medhya Sahay Appointed as Director of Business Transformation at Moore Insight

We are delighted to announce that Medhya Sahay has officially joined Moore Insight as the Director of Business Transformation.

Having collaborated with us as an Associate for several years, Medhya has played a pivotal role in our clients' transformation projects and change initiatives. Her expertise has been crucial in refining our processes, ensuring that clients enhance their organisational performance through appropriate target operating models, focusing on modern technology, people, and efficient processes.

Medhya's journey into management consulting began during her CIPFA studies in the early 2000’s, just before she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Her final year project provided her with valuable insight into the field and ignited a passion that has driven her career for the past 20 years.

Throughout this period, Medhya has specialised in finance transformation and worked with niche consultancies like Hedra and Tribal Government Consulting to build a strong foundation as a consultant. Her tenure at KPMG in London, one of the 'Big Four' firms, provided her with invaluable experience. Later, Medhya founded BPR Consultancy, where she first connected with Moore Insight as an Associate.

When the opportunity recently arose to lead and expand our Business Transformation practice, Medhya eagerly accepted, “From the moment I began working at Moore Insight, I was impressed by the culture, people, values, and opportunities to grow. When I was met with the offer to develop Moore Insight’s business transformation practice, it was an easy decision! To work within an environment that promotes continuous learning and innovative and quality delivery, while having common core values, is a dream come true.”
