In the small business category, Moore Insight was listed 66/86 organisations that were shortlisted for the Best Workplaces for Women certification. According to Consultancy.UK, our firm was just 1 of 21 UK consultancies that landed a spot on the entire list, alongside well-known firms such as Deloitte and Accenture.
Moore Insight was also named a ‘Great Place to Work’ and scored an average of 90% on all statements this year, in comparison last year’s average score of 85%, demonstrating the team’s dedication towards improving the workplace and its culture.
To top the trio of certifications off, our firm has been recognised as one of the ‘UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting and Professional Services’, based on the firm’s experience with trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride and camaraderie in the workplace.
Alice Pearson, HR Advisor at Moore Insight said: “We are over the moon with these results and are determined to maintain the high standards we have set ourselves. Following the feedback from the survey, we still believe there is more to be done and have therefore created an action plan to deliver new and existing initiatives.”
