# We have partnered with Matchable

#### Moore Insight has partnered with Matchable, the award-winning Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) platform, to provide our team with tailored volunteering opportunities.
---
Focused on delivering real impact, we have introduced the Matchable platform to match employees to not-for-profit and impact start-up projects based on their skillset, interests, and passions.
Our team are encouraged to take two paid volunteering days each year, as way of giving back to our communities. The Matchable platform will help make volunteering simple, effective, and inclusive so that all employees can take advantage of their volunteering days, wherever they are based.
Claudia Dickinson, Head of People and Culture at Moore Insight, said: “We want to ensure our teams have meaning and purpose to their role, and working with Matchable felt like a great fit. It is an important benefit and connects our team to our values and our culture.
Matchable is also able to demonstrate real impact for our clients through our commitment to social value and the promise to give back to the communities in which we serve.
Our team will be able to access a dedicated reporting dashboard, so they can track and monitor the engagement and impact of their project using in-depth reporting tools.”
