Integrated HR and payroll solutions for Camphill Village Trust
The customer
Since established in 1954, the Camphill Village Trust (CVT) has provided essential support for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, neurodivergence, mental health challenges, and complex needs. The charitable organisation offers various services such as residential living, daily activities, and personal development opportunities to promote independence.
The challenges
CVT operated on separate HR and payroll systems which heightened the risk of errors and duplicates because of the manual and time-consuming entries. To resolve this issue, CVT wanted to transition to using iTrent, which integrates both HR and payroll solutions. At the early stages of the project, CVT recognised the need for an iTrent expert to support with the implementation, and 'Go Live' stages.
The solution
Victoria Braybrook, our HR & Payroll expert, guided and supported CVT through the transition to the organisation's existing 'business-as-usual' state, which included;
- Providing guidance during the process review and blueprinting phase.
- Attending training sessions to advise on optimal system utilisation.
- Delivering training on various system aspects.
- Assisting with configuration and knowledge transfer.
- Supporting user acceptance testing and data migration.
- ‘Go Live’ support.
The result
The shift to iTrent allowed CVT to streamline their processes, reduce administrative burdens, and focus on strategic functions. The teams now have access to real-time data, enhancing decision-making and efficiency. This transition not only improved CVT's operational efficiency but also empowered their teams to better support their communities.
